NEXT HOMEOWNERS MEETING
Honey Island Cafeteria,
October 5 th at 7:00
Agenda : We will be discussing changes in the covenants. Some of the items that will be discussed are lawn signs of all kinds, boats, campers and other vehicles as well as holiday decorations and accessory buildings.
We will also be discussing fines for violations.
Future dates are: October 5 th , January 11 th , and April 12 th . All at 7:00 at Honey Island .
The association is in need of people to contact local businesses that would like to advertise in our directory and our website. Please contact Rod Maidlow.
FALL FESTIVAL
The festival will be held on November 14 th from 1:00 – 3:00 . It will be at the Clayton Court entrance. Food and drinks will be provided. Feel free to bring a dessert and a chair. We would love to see you there.

GARDEN CLUB
If you are interested in joining the garden club please send us an e-mail. Some of this can be done on you own timeframe when you feel like it. A list of needs will be provided.
NEW NEIGHBORS
If you have new neighbors, please let us know so that we can welcome them to the neighborhood and get them a directory.
Everyone who attends the October meeting will be eligible for a drawing in January in which one lucky household will be exempt from 2011 Dues
