Membership Dues & Maintenance Fees

These fees pay for common grounds maintenance and security.

As from 2009 there will be no Annual Membership Dues (usually renewable in October 2009), instead the Maintenance Fees will be $25.00 per month (billed bi-monthly $50).

Increase of the monthly fees can occur by membership vote.
